1. Our Commitment

Vibe is committed to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We maintain zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Vibe:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery
  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of minors
  • Any attempt to contact, solicit, or share inappropriate content with minors
  • Profiles or content that sexualize minors or appear to involve minors in sexual contexts

Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Age Requirement

Vibe is for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the app. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will remove their account promptly.

4. Reporting in the App

Vibe provides an in-app reporting mechanism. Users can report another user from their profile or from chat by selecting Report User. Reports are sent to our team for review. Users can also block other users at any time.

5. Reporting by Email

Anyone can report child safety concerns to us directly:

  • Email: hi@wevibeforyou.com
  • Subject line: Child Safety Report

Please include the reported username, a description of the concern, and any relevant details. We review all reports as a priority.

6. How We Respond to CSAM and CSAE

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Vibe, we take appropriate action without delay, including:

  • Removing the content from our platform
  • Suspending or permanently deleting the responsible account
  • Preserving relevant evidence as required by law
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities (e.g. German Federal Criminal Police Office / BKA where applicable)

7. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Our procedures are designed to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE and CSAM in line with our published standards and legal obligations.
