By downloading, installing, or using the Vibe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Vibe. By using the App, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To use Vibe, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
We Vibe For You grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Vibe uses your device's location to display your approximate position on a map visible to nearby users. By enabling location sharing, you consent to this use. You can disable location sharing at any time through the App's controls, which will remove your marker from the map.
The Vibe Check feature computes a compatibility percentage between users based on their answers to personality and interest questions. This score is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as a definitive measure of interpersonal compatibility.
Chat is available between mutually connected users (both parties accepted a Wave). Messages are stored on our servers to enable delivery. We reserve the right to review content if reported by users for violations of these Terms. Do not share sensitive personal information (financial data, passwords, government IDs) via chat.
You retain ownership of content you create (profile pictures, chat messages, Vibe Check answers). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the App's services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Vibe may offer premium features via subscription. Payment is processed through Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Google Play's terms. You can manage your subscription from your device's app store settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. You use the App at your own risk and are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We Vibe For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
